what a night!

Last night was SO MUCH FUN! It started out with dinner at Manzanillos. It's def my new fav mexican restaurant! What a great time with lovely friends. Then, we went back to my condo and played Scene It and Mad Gab! WOW...so much laughter!

Today I am baseball"ing" it up...watching Kacy's game at 12:15, Myrt's at 3:30, and Robbo's at 5:30! FUN FUN!

FRIDAY! WHOOP WHOOP!!!

so...I got in ALL the classes I need for Fall! YAY!

today has been great! lovely weather. finished all my homework. got some new books at the library. now I'm getting ready to go out to eat with my friends! What a great start to the weekend!

I feel so much better today than I did on Sunday night. I know my brother will be leaving for college next fall, and I'm really going to miss him, but it's just the next step in his life. I'm so prouf of him. I hope we can get some time this summer to hangout since I won't have classes to deal with. I know he will be busy with baseball, but I'm sure we can find some time during the day to do something together. I want him to know how much I love him and that I'm always here for him. Hopefully we can video chat once in a while. That would be cool. I know I don't live at home with him right now, and don't see him that much, but still, he is RIGHT down the road...it's just gonna be weird with him 3 hours away. I LOVE KACY!

tonight I'm staying up to register for my classes next fall. So far there are plenty of spots left, so I hope I can get into all of the ones I need! :-) I can't believe I will be HALFWAY done with college in just a FEW WEEKS!!! It's crazy how fast it has gone by!

STOP!

STOP! That is what I need to do sometimes. I am such a perfectionist and I get upset when I don't make a good grade. I need to STOP worrying about trying to be perfect and realize that I'm NOT ever going to be! ONLY JESUS IS PERFECT!

In the end, it's not really going to matter if I don't get an "A" in every single class.

I'm lucky enough to have a wonderful daddy that reminded me of that today and provided encouragement for me. :-)

Happy Easter!

The Easter Service at church today was amazing! They had video segments of a few people who gave their testimonies. (which I love because EVERYBODY can relate to a story...that's one of the things I love about GCC. They make everybody feel welcome and the pastors talk to us on our level. It makes new friends feel more comfortable and welcome!) But back to the service, they sang a couple songs, had a video, sang, then Ron and Chad preached and shared the story of Jesus dying and rising again 3 days later, sang some more, and then read some scripture. I liked how we broke things up and put songs in between. The music was powerful. We sang THE REVELATION SONG, which is one of my new favorites. *it is especially neat because I am currently reading Revelation in my daily Quiet time, and I never realized that the song is actual scripture, so it is neat to hear the song now and understand EXACTLY where it's coming from! :) Grace Community Church has definitely helped me grow closer in my relationship with God, but also with OTHER BELIEVERS, which is definitely a blessing because I have so many people I can turn to when I am struggling, or just need someone to lean on!

Today after church I watched Chandler. Her mom wanted me to take some pics of her with her little bunny ears and flower headband, so I did. Then, we took some together on MY camera! haha. I love Chandler! She is such a sweet baby! :-)

(I was trying to get Heather to scoot the camera over before she took the shot, but as you can tell, it didnt really work out too well..haha!)

I had a picnic with my friends on Friday before we saw The Last Song. It was so much fun! It was a beautiful day. I am blessed with some great friends! :)

today I had a picnic with Heather and Nikki. It was so nice outside! I really enjoyed time with my friends. afterwards, Nikki and I went to see THE LAST SONG. It was really good. :)

Now, I am getting ready to go babysit Kylie. :) Fun fun!

so today I had my Milestone II Interview for the Education program. We have to pass it on order to continue on in the program. Anyways, I ACED IT! I was not nervous at all. On my review, the comments were: Excellent candidate. Very articulate and enthusiastic. Well prepared. :) YAY!

After my interview, I worked out, went to the bank, grocery shopped, babysat and then my friend Heather came over to hangout. We were supposed to watch a new episode of THE OFFICE. It was a rerun, but of course we watched it anyways because we love it so much! :)

Today while I was babysitting, we rode kayaks in the pond in the neighborhood! FUN FUN!!! :)

Tomorrow I am having a picnic with Heather and Nikki and then we're going to see THE LAST SONG at the movie theater! I'm sooooo excited to see it. The book was AWESOME and I hope the movie will be too!!!
