My workout this morning was awesome!
1 lap - walking
2 laps - running
1 lap - soccer shuffle
50 jumpin' jacks
5 flights of stairs
REPEAT THREE TIMES.
Took me about 35 minutes.
GREAT INTERVAL WORKOUT!

Orange seemed to be the trend with my lunch today.
