I LOVE OATMEAL and love creating new flavors to try and mix together. I just recently learned about baked oatmeal, so I wanted to experiment again.
I couldn't think of a catchy name for this recipe, so I just named it:
Savory Baked Oatmeal with Pears, Cream Cheese, and Jam!

Boil Water.
Set oven to about 400 degrees.
Chop up pear into tiny pieces.
Pour oatmeal and pear bits into oven safe baking dish.
Pour boiling water into the dish and mix thouroughly.

(The more cheese you add, the creamier it gets, and the Jam adds a sweetness! YUM!)
