Ingredients:
1/3 cup liquid egg substitute
Cinnamon
2 slices of bread
Cream Cheese
1 slice of American Cheese
2 slices of ham
1/3 cup liquid egg substitute
Cinnamon
2 slices of bread
Cream Cheese
1 slice of American Cheese
2 slices of ham
Directions:
Combine egg substitute & cinnamon on a small plate and set aside.
Spread Cream Cheese on both slices of bread.
Place ham & slice of American Cheese on one piece of bread.
Place other slice of bread on top with cream cheese side down.
Spray skillet with non-stick spray and put on medium-high heat.
Meanwhile, coat both sides of sandwich with egg substitute/cinnamon mixture.
Place sandwich in the skillet and cook for 2-4 minutes on each side.
(I had to put mine in microwave for 10 seconds afterwards because my bread was burning, but the cheese didn't melt on the skillet)
ENJOY!

We call these Monte Cristos - usually with turkey, swiss, and ham. I used to love them with maple syrup or jam!
I love Hungry Girl! She has great recipes. :) Glad you enjoyed this one!
