Our Review:
We LOVED it! We added it to our peanut butter toast, oatmeal, smoothies, and even stir fry! It gave our food a slight coconut flavor, that tasted delicious. It was also a great way to include more healthy fats into our day and it just plain tastes good!
We also made some healthy "energy bites" with only pb, coconut oil, and oats! All you have to do is melt about a cup of pb and a tbsp of coconut oil in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds, and then mix in the oats with your bare hands and form into balls. EASY AND DELICIOUS! They are perfect pre-workout fuel or a snack!
