Bosu Ball Workout!

It's been a while since we shared a workout with you, so here ya go!

Jared and I used some of our Christmas money to purchase a BOSU BALL to incorporate into our workouts since we are using our apartment gym and it doesn't have a ton of the cool equipment that most gyms have. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE USING THE BOSU BALL. 

It is a great way to achieve more balance, flexibility, and deepen our exercises by using our entire core. Here are a few of the exercises we do with it. 

***We are not personal trainers. Jared has learned these over the years with his sports trainer in Louisville. Please check with your doctor or personal trainer before trying these on your own.***

For some reason, the computer made these videos a lot faster. We did not do the exercises this quickly. It's all about slow, controlled movements.
