oh so graceful...

so tonight, I definitely made a GRAND ENTRANCE at Community Group...I totally tripped and FLEW in the doorway!!! HAHAHAHA. I laughed so hard! Wow. What a great moment to share with my friends, because they too burst into a fit of laughter. It was so fun! (don't worry, I didn't get hurt one bit, just laughed til my sides hurt)

But the funny thing was, not even TWO minutes before that happened, I was talking to my friends in the car about how I almost fell flat on my face at the Y a few days ago...so it was 289737809 times funnier to me, Heather, and Nikki...(I always pick them up and drive to our leader's house, so they just heard the story before my grand entrance occured!)

I LOVE MY COMMUNITY GROUP!!!

HOW SWEET!!

So, I watched little Blake tonight, and he wrote me a note...(he's only 3 so I asked him what it said) and he replied..."I love Ms. Kelsey, she is the best babysitter in the world!"


and THAT is one of the many reasons why I love love love my job.

Tonight I watched Baby VIP. He is a year old now! Gosh, all my little munchkins are just growing up so fast. Tonight his big brother was at a movie night with his friend, so it was just me and Vincent. We had fun playing with his toys, and then he got a hold of my bookmark, which was a POST-IT. He tried to throw it, but it stuck to his hand and the look on his face was PRICELESS. I was laughing so hard, he was laughing so hard, and this went on for about 20 minutes. Ahhh...the curiosity of a child...

I love that class! It's so much fun!

Today has been a laid-back day. I went to two classes this morning and in one we took a test. I thought I did okay. It was a math test. We'll see what grade I get later...

After that, I worked out, talked to grandma on the phone, went to the library to get some new books, came home, ate lunch, and worked on my Lesson Plan. It's so crazy how I am really doing TEACHER stuff now! and another thing that's crazy is that there is only 5 weeks left of school!!! Where has the semester gone???

so I really wish I could be in Florida with my parents and brother right now, but I am staying positive because I will be there in 6 WEEKS!!! I can't believe it's that close! It's CRAZY how fast time has flown by!

Today was really nice and relaxing. I watched Jackson this morning and the Yates this afternoon. In between babysitting, I got to watch my second favorite show, MODERN FAMILY. I laugh so hard every episode! :)

I also got to video chat with my family down in Florida. It was really fun. Zach seemed to have a blast talking on the web cam and I couldn't help but chuckle because he was staring at himself on the screen. SO CUTE! He was talking to me and then started making silly faces! He told me he was going to take a picture of my nose when I came down to visit in a few weeks, and I just laughed and said, "no way!" so my daddy thought it would be funny to turn the webcam up at his very own nose! my dad is a goober, but I couldn't help but laugh. I guess that's why I'm such a goober myself. haha I really enjoyed talking to them on the webcam. I hope we can do it again tomorrow or Saturday.

After I babysat, I came home, finished another book, studied for math, and then watched my favorite show, THE OFFICE. what a hoot! It never fails to make me BUST OUT LAUGHING!

what a lovely semester!

I seriously LOVE this semester! It is so stress free. I thank God all the time. I seriously think He is rewarding me for working my butt off last semester!

Poor little Myrtle has been sick since Sunday. She stayed home from school yesterday and today. I hope she gets to feeling better soon! We went outside and colored with chalk for about half an hour today-wanted to get her outside in the nice sunshine if she felt up to it and she did! So, hopefully that made her feel a little better. I just love that girl! :)

I wrote down Myrt and Robbo's baseball schedule in my planner. I look forward to watching them play! I am ready to watch Kacy too, it's just been too cold before now, but hopefully after they get back from the tournament in Florida for Spring Break it will be nice here for good and it will be perfect weather for baseball! :)

weekend update

This weekend has been babysitting free. I missed it, but it was nice to relax too. On saturday, I spent time with my mom. We went shopping. I bought two new tops, capris, and a purse. I enjoyed spending time with mom. She has been busy with Kacy's senior year, and it was nice just to have some time with her by myself. I love her so much! After we were done shopping, we went to my parent's house and watched a movie with Kacy and Daddy. We also ordered yummy Papa Johns. :) It was great!

Today, I helped in the baby room and went to church after. It is storming here, so my friends and I postponed our picnic in my parent's neighborhood. Instead, I read my book and actually FELL ASLEEP!!! aaaahhhh. That nap was GREAT! I usually rest my head, but never actually fall asleep, but today I definitely did! haha

Now, I'm off to the Denleys for dinner and Bible Study! :)
