PB&J Cupcakes with PB&J Frosting!

PB& J Cupcakes
1 cup oats 
1 cup whole wheat flour 
1 scoop Truly Inspired Berry protein 
2 tbsp peanut flour
1 tbsp Stevia 
2 eggs 
1 tbsp baking powder 
1 ripe banana 
1/2 cup milk

Throw all ingredients into a food processor for about 2-3 minutes.

Next, divide the batter among 12 muffin tins.


Bake at 350*F for about 15-17 minutes, or until your fork doesn't have any batter sticking to it when you press into a cupcake.  

 
PB&J Frosting 
1 scoop Truly Inspired Berry protein
2 tbsp peanut flour
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt

Mix the protein and peanut flour into the yogurt. Stir well. Then, take a spoonful and put it on top of your cupcakes!
