Pesto Pizza Oatmeal (Single Serving)
Pesto Pizza Oatmeal
1/4 scoop Purely Inspired Vanilla Protein
1 tbsp pesto
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
~ handful cooked ground turkey (maybe 3/4 cup for those who need specific measurements)
Crack egg and stir in oats, garlic powder, oregano, baking powder, protein, pesto, and COOKED ground turkey. Mix thoroughly. Spray a ramekin with non stick cooking spray and pour mixture in.
Bake at 400*F for about 15 min. Then, sprinkle cheese on top and broil until it starts to brown.
