ThinkThin was so awesome and sent me their BRAND NEW Crunch bars! (Cranberry Apple, Cherry, and Blueberry were the flavors) I loved ALL of these bars. They were the perfect combination of fruity flavor and the nuts packed a punch of protein! I enjoyed these as my after school snack!
(Student teaching makes you hungry! These were the perfect fuel to hold me over until I could get home and cook dinner)

i create wellness in my life by trying to keep everything in balance. i'm really busy all of the time so i make it a priority to be a little selfish and put my health above other things. this means waking up early to work out, making healthy meals, and giving myself some "me" time each day, whether it be five minutes or half an hour.
