Nut-tritious Foods Nut Butter Review and Giveaway

Nut-Tritious Foods sent me some of their different nut butters to review!
Here's some info from their website:
Because Nut Butters and Seed Butters are pre-ground, they are easier to digest than just eating whole nuts or seeds. Grinding them makes the essential fatty acids easier to obtain because you don't have to work as hard to break them down. Most people don't chew their food enough, so nut butters make the digestion of nuts and absorption of nutrients easier than eating nuts alone.
Agave Nectar
Agave Nectar is a wonderful natural sweetener used to gently sweeten the nut butters. Agave comes from the Agave Cactus, most famous for Tequila. While the nectar does not contain any alcohol, it is an amazing source of a form of fructose called insulin. This is responsible for the low glycemic index and low glycemic load properties of agave, which means that agave nectar doesn't cause a blood sugar spike after consuming it. It typically raises blood sugar only small amounts, very slowly, without causing insulin to be dumped onto the blood stream, making it a safe choice for most diabetics. Agave can actually help prevent diseases like diabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity and weight gain by stabilizing blood sugar so that it does not get stored as fat. Agave nectar is also a great choice for children and anyone desiring healthier options and disease prevention.
Low Temperature Roasted
Roasting nuts below 170° makes them easier to digest because some of the starches are already broken down at that temperature. Roasting nuts over 170° causes a breakdown of fats and promotes oxidation and production of free radicals which lead to a build up of plaque in arteries. Roasting above 170° creates "bad fat" and are more likely to become rancid. Nut-Tritious nuts are always roasted below 170°.

Review:
Hazelnut and Chocolate Butter Blend: 10/10. Jared demolished this tub. He finished it in about 3 days. He said, "This is better than Nutella."

Almond: 10/10. I knew this would be my favorite. You can't beat almond butter... and this one tasted fabulous!

Walnut: 8/10. It tasted good, but I'm not the biggest fan of raw walnuts, and this was spot on to the taste. Still good though.

Cashew: 10/10. Cashews are my favorite nuts, so I was excited to try this flavor. It did NOT disappoint! MMM.

Pistachio: 9/10. The flavor was phenomenal. It tasted exactly like pistachios. I enjoy eating pistachios. The reason I gave it a 9 was only because I wasn't sure what to eat it with... I tried it on bread to resemble peanut butter, but it just wasn't the same. I'll keep experimenting with this flavor!

I haven't tried Pumpkin Seed yet, because I do not like Pumpkin Seeds. My future mother in law loves them, so I am sure she will enjoy this flavor!
:)

My Review: 10/10
We LOVED these flatbreads! They were all extremely tasty and we had fun trying new recipes with them!

First up, I used the Spinach flavor and made some ham and swiss roll ups. I also made turkey and american roll ups as well.

Next, we had MAKE YOUR OWN PIZZA NIGHT with our nephew, okay technically, Jared's nephew, but mine in 9 DAYS!) Boston. He was a very happy little boy when he was eating his cheese pizza. :)

We liked using the Olive Oil & Garlic with the pizzas because they were a little thicker.

Throughout the week, I used the Whole Grain and Traditional flavors in place of bread for my lunches for wraps! :)

We enjoyed all of the flavors!

They are also gracious enough to send one of my readers some flatbread to try too! All you have to do is fill out the Rafflecopter giveaway below!

GOOD LUCK!

I didn't really enjoy the Vanilla Bean flavor with just water. It was very bland. I added it to my smoothies and liked it MUCH better!
:)

Jared enjoyed the Chocolate Velvet in his smoothies as well.

I like to have at least 20 grams of protein after my workouts, so I had to add a little more than one scoop in order to do that since it only has 16 grams per serving.

My Review: 9/10!
The sash was BEAUTIFUL and very sparkly! I enjoyed wearing it around downtown Nashville. The only reason I gave it a 9 was because it was a little too big, but Ashley safety pinned it and it held up just fine all night!

We had an absolute blast!
I was given a list of things to do and I did ALL OF THEM! My girls even had to add more because I got through them so quickly! haha.

I made sure that Courtney (my maid of honor) kept them VERY MODEST and clean, because I am NOT a crazy, wild, party kinda girl.

We had lots of fun and plenty of laughs... Especially when I got on the mechanical bull... I had to buy a pair of shorts to wear because I was NOT getting on that thing in a dress!!!

I enjoyed a delicious Portobella Mushroom Burger at Margaritaville for dinner. The live band gave me a shoutout and sang a wedding song (got to check that off my list right away!)

My friends are the best!

Oh, and did I mention that Jared and I are only 23 days away from becoming HUSBAND AND WIFE?!?!?!??!?!?

YMX workout top review!

I was selected for a YMX campaign through FitFluential! I received this product for review purposes.

I was sent this BEAUTIFUL workout top.

I LOVED the way it fit! It wasn't too tight or too loose. It was JUST RIGHT. The material was silky smooth and helped keep me cool when I was sweating. I liked how different the design was from all my other workout clothes. I think it is very unique!
