Capello's sent us pizza, pasta, and cookie dough to try in exchange for an honest review.
Here's a little info about Capello's from their website:
Cappello’s is a Colorado-based gourmet food company specializing in high-end gluten free, grain free products. Founded in 2011 by friends Stacey Marcellus and Benjamin Frohlichstein, the inspiration for Cappello’s was born out of Stacey and Ben’s desire to create a totally unique food company, to be the best at what they do, and to legitimize their penchant for asking strangers to taste their pasta. Cappello’s mission is simple: provide fresh, uniquely delicious options for gourmet food-lovers, healthy eaters and people with dietary restrictions.
When Stacey is not making pasta, she can be found engaging in non-pasta activities like painting, snowboarding, fermenting food and ukulele-ing. Benjamin maintains a respectable ability to listen to music, stand on his head and take Instagram pictures (not always at the same time).
My good friend, Laura, came over for pizza and girl talk one night. We thought the pizza was pretty tasty! The dough was a little less crispy in the very middle, but it was still delicious and the perfect food for our girl's night!
A few weeks later, Jared and I invited our friends, Brian and Ellae, over for a game night. We had 3 people (I don't like chocolate, so I skipped out) eating these cookies, and only 3 were left over if that gives you any indication on how good they tasted! haha Everyone loved them and couldn't believe that they didn't have a single bad ingredient in them!
Jared loves pasta and he was extremely pleased with Capello's! He was impressed at how tasty it was again without having any weird ingredients! It was also extremely easy to make. All you have to do is boil water and then drop the pasta in for 90 seconds. Boom! Talk about a quick and easy healthy meal!
