Passionut Pumpkin Cake Bites

Passionut was kind enough to send us some of their Pumpkin Spice Nut and Seed Butter to try in exchange for an honest review. We were not compensated monetarily for this post, just sent product. All opinions are our own. 

We enjoyed this nut and seed butter on top of muffins, in our oatmeal, on our waffles, but our favorite way to eat it was inside of my recipe for Passionut Pumpkin Cake Bites! 

Passionate Pumpkin Cake Bites

~1/2 cup finely Shredded carrot
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup Nuts-N-More Almond Whey Protein 
1/2 cup Passionut Pumpkin Spice Nut butter 
2 tablespoons Coconut Almond Milk 
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 pack Made in Nature Fruit Fusion apple cinnamon dried fruit snacks 

First, shred about 7 baby carrots in your food processor with the shredding blade. 

Next, switch to the normal food processor blade and throw all other remaining ingredients inside for about 2 minutes. 

Roll into balls and store in fridge or freezer! We enjoy them both ways.
