turning lemons into lemonade...sort of...

well, since I am stuck at home because of the horrible weather, I COOKED a yummy dinner tonight!!!


On the menu:
Grilled chicken (topped with Garlic&Herb Laughing Cow Cheese)
Edamame
Sweet Potato
