can't sleep...

so, for the past week, I haven't been sleeping very well.
and last night was the worst- I literally tossed and turned all night and didn't get ANY sleep.
the past week I have woken up at like 3 something and then maybe fall back asleep eventually around 5 something...

does anybody have any ideas to help me



start getting back to a normal sleep schedule????

Whew, that's ROUGH! I really don't have any ideas other than maybe taking a really warm bubble bath right before dropping into bed? Getting a warm bath always makes me relaxed and sleepy. Hope you sleep TONIGHT!! Love you.
