HIIT cardio circuit!

My workout today was OFF DA CHAIN!!!
I did a High Intensity Interval Training Cardio Circuit on the track at the gym.
First, I walked a lap.
100 Jumpin' Jacks.
Soccer shuffle with my left leg first.
Soccer shuffle with my right leg first.
Ran 3 laps.
(all that times three!)

WHAT A GREAT CARDIO WORKOUT!

before that, I did my abs/arms strength training.

I've been wanting to do something different with my workout, and this was awesome!
