18 Rabbits Review

18 Rabbits sent me two of their bars to review!

Here's some info about 18 Rabbits:
Company founder Alison Bailey was inspired to name her company 18 Rabbits because it captures the essence and purity of both her childhood, where she first learned to bake, and the delectable baked goods she creates today.

Our granola cereals and bars are made with the purest ingredients available so that we can offer you foods that are both delectable and nourishing. We are committed to sourcing the finest sustainably grown ingredients from local producers and artisans like TCHO, Burroughs Family Farm, Meduri Farms, Straus Family Creamery, Butternut Mountain Farm and San Joaquin Fig.

Our granola bars not like the conventional energy bars you see today- many of which contain artificial colors and flavors, caffeine, and other (often unpronounceable) “magic” ingredients. Our granola bars provide sustenance and wholesome energy with fiber, protein and healthy fat. We believe in the power of holistic energy that comes from eating real, whole foods with simple and nourishing ingredients.

Our Mission:
Bring food back to its roots through simple authentic granola & bars.
Our Vision :
Everyone has the right to pure simple food.

MY REVIEW:
Nibblin' Apricot: 10/10! This flavor combo was awesome. I loved that it was packed full of Oats, Walnuts, and Hazelnuts, because they filled me up. I LOVED the honey and coconut taste too! YUM!

Haute Diggity Date: 11/10! This flavor combo was even better than the first bar! I loved the raisins and dates included. It made the bar extra chewy. I also loved the honey in this one too. SO GOOD!!!

P.S. I love the names of the bars! They are so creative!
