ZYM Review

Zym was kind enough to send me two flavors of their drink to try and review.

Here's some info from their website:

ZYM is the fuel that hydrates elite athletes during competitions - without the sugar. Put ZYM to work and feel a difference in increased performance.
ZYM is a small tablet that dissolves in water for on-the-go hydration. It's portable, so it goes wherever you go. The tablets are formulated for 16-20 oz. of water. Each tube of ZYM contains 10 tablets.

Now, for my review:
Lemon Lime: 8/10. This flavor was a little tangy at first, but after a few sips, it tasted great! I love these stats:
Calories: 7
Carbs: 1g
Sugars 1g

Sodium: 250mg
Potassium: 50mg
Magnesium: 50mg
Calcium: 30mg

Vitamin C: 100mg
Vitamin B5: 5mg
Vitamin B6: 8mg
Vitamin B12:40mcg

Berry: 9/10! I liked this flavor a lot better. This one had a caffeine hit included, which I liked because it helped pump me up for my super EARLY MORNING WORKOUTS! Lovin these stats too:
Calories: 4
Carbs: 0g
Sugars 0g

Sodium: 250mg
Potassium: 100mg
Magnesium: 17mg
Calcium: 18mg

Vitamin C: 100mg
Vitamin B12:500mcg
GuaranĂ¡ 200mg
Caffeine 100mg

These were super convenient to carry around. All you have to do is drop a tablet into your water and BOOM! you get a yummy sports drink! How awesome is that!?!?

Please check out their website and try some for yourself!
